Ovum

The Challenge

MIRA needed to make sophisticated heat pump and energy systems understandable to very different users: installers, service partners and homeowners. Energy flows, operating states and performance data had to remain precise without overwhelming people.

The Approach

Working with Ovum's team and Das Buero ohne Namen, we developed the UX concept and interface for touch displays and mobile use. Clear information hierarchies, focused visual design and consistent interactions help users navigate everyday tasks as well as advanced settings.

The Result

A cohesive interface concept that makes complex system information easier to read, interpret and act on. MIRA connects technical depth with a more approachable experience across user groups.
